Stamford Academy is dedicated to a holistic approach to education. The school has emphasized that, in order for students to achieve their potential, the student, the school and the parents all must be involved.
At Stamford Academy we encourage our parents/guardians to visit the school regularly, to speak with their teachers and advocates at least once weekly, and to attend the monthly school gatherings, including the parent association’s monthly meetings. The parent association helps with school functions, trips, and events like report card night and graduation.
They also have established monthly celebrations and hold three dances per school year and a senior prom.
