Instructional Data Teams

Our instructional data teams are organized by grade level: Lowers Data Team (Grades 9 and 10); and Uppers Data Team (Grades 11 and 12). In IDTs, teachers collaboratively analyze data from multiple data sources: NWEA, SRI, and teacher-created common formative assessments.
 
After identifying student’s strengths and areas of growth, teachers select instructional strategies to implement in the classroom and then administer post-tests to determine growth. The cycle is repeated as needed.
